Demand for our services has never been greater, and we have an exciting vacancy for an experienced People Management/HR professional to join our team of Member Engagement and Reward Consultants.
You will manage a portfolio of c. 20-30 member organisations in order to:
We are looking for professionals experienced in enabling organisations to deliver transformational People Management/HR practices including job evaluation, pay and reward, talent management, organisational restructuring or development. Previous experience of the higher or further education sectors is desirable.
You will be self-motivated, organised and flexible so that you can work from home and different locations effectively to achieve individual and team objectives and meet project deadlines. You will be resilient, often working independently as well as collaboratively to share intelligence and expertise and develop ECC products and services. As travel restrictions ease the role will require travel and some overnight stays to visit member organisations and attend ECC meetings.
